1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Ireland only.
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. and delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
3. How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We offer free shipping on all orders over £50.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We only ship within the UK and Ireland.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to follow your delivery.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, email us at info@luxeglowcollection.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate.
7. My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking link first. Still need help? Contact us and we’ll look into it right away.
9. Do your lip products cause tingling or irritation?
Some lip plumping products may cause a mild tingling sensation, this is completely normal and part of the plumping effect. If you experience discomfort or a reaction, discontinue use and consult a professional if needed.
10. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry! Please email us at info@luxeglowcollection.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
